Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Gopika Creationz ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website, classes, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Gopika Creationz provides dance and fitness classes, workshops, and related services including but not limited to:
- Group dance fitness classes (Bollywood, Zumba, Bhangra, etc.)
- Private dance lessons
- Wedding and event choreography
- Workshops and special events
Registration & Payments
Class Fees
$35
per month (1 class per week)
Choose Monday or Saturday
$10
per drop-in class
Any class, space permitting
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of registration or before class begins
- We accept various payment methods including credit cards and e-transfers
- Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis
- All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
Cancellations & Refunds
- Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle
- Drop-in class fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward future classes
- If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future class
- No refunds for missed classes due to personal reasons
Class Policies
Attendance
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts
- Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disrupting the class
- If you cannot attend a class, please notify us in advance if possible
What to Bring

Towel (optional)
Studio Rules
- Respect instructors and fellow participants
- No food or drinks other than water in the studio area
- Personal belongings are your responsibility
- Photography/video recording only with instructor permission
Health & Safety
Physical Activity Acknowledgment
Dance fitness classes involve physical exertion. By participating, you acknowledge that:
- You are in good physical health and able to participate in physical activity
- You will inform the instructor of any health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy
- You understand the risks associated with physical exercise
- You will exercise within your own limits and take breaks when needed
Medical Conditions
Please consult with a physician before starting any exercise program. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, inform our instructors before class.
Liability Waiver
Important Notice
A liability waiver must be signed before participating in any class. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks of physical activity and releases Gopika Creationz from liability for injuries that may occur during classes. You will be asked to complete and sign the waiver during registration.
Intellectual Property
All choreography, teaching methods, content, and materials provided by Gopika Creationz are protected by copyright. You may not:
- Record classes without explicit permission
- Reproduce or teach our choreography commercially
- Use our brand, logos, or materials without authorization
Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment. We do not tolerate:
- Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind
- Disruptive behavior that interferes with classes
- Use of offensive language or gestures
- Intoxication during classes
Violation of this code may result in removal from class without refund and/or termination of membership.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gopika Creationz shall not be liable for:
- Any injuries sustained during classes or on premises
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Class cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Website Terms
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time
- Update class schedules, pricing, and content
- Correct any errors or inaccuracies

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia.
